For med spas in the valley
AI is recommending med spas in your city. Just not yours.
When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for the best med spa near them, it names a few practices and cites the pages it took them from. I find those pages and get you into them.
Book a 15 minute callIt is not your website.
An assistant does not read your site and decide you are good. It runs a search, reads what other pages say about med spas in your city, and summarizes them. Whoever those pages name is who gets recommended.
It cites sources, not sites
The model does not open your homepage and form an opinion. It runs a search, reads the pages that already list med spas in your city, and repeats what those pages say. Your site is not in that set unless something else puts you there.
It is the same few sources every time
Ask the question ten times and the citations barely move. Yelp, a Google Business Profile, one or two best-of roundups, RealSelf. Four or five pages decide the answer for an entire city.
Ranking on Google is not enough
Position three on Google still puts you on a page a person can scroll. In an AI answer there is no page to scroll. There are three names, and you are either one of them or you are not.
Five things, in order.
The order matters. Step one is the audit, and it is the only part with a set price. It tells us which pages decide your city. Everything after it works on those pages, and gets quoted once we know what is actually wrong.
-
Citation audit
Thirty buying-intent questions run across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. Every answer captured, every cited source listed. That list is the target.
-
Source placement
Get the practice onto the pages the model already reads. Directories, best-of roundups, RealSelf, review platforms.
-
Google Business Profile
Categories, services, the Q and A section, photo cadence, review velocity.
-
Structured data
LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, and Review schema on the site.
-
Answer pages
Pages written in the shape of the questions people ask. Treatment comparisons, pricing ranges, downtime, candidacy.
Nobody can guarantee an AI ranking.
Anyone telling you they can put your practice at the top of ChatGPT is selling something they do not control. These answers shift week to week, and they shift between one assistant and the next.
What I control is which sources describe you and what they say. So that is what I sell, and I show you the before and after.
-
The audit, in 48 hours
Thirty questions across four assistants, every answer captured, every cited source listed. You get that file whether or not we do anything else together.
-
The fixes, if you want them
Submissions and outreach to the sources on that list, the Google Business Profile, schema, answer pages. Each one quoted off the fix list before it starts. Take all of it, take one item, or take none.
-
The rerun, once the work has landed
Same thirty questions, same four assistants, side by side with the first run. You see what moved, what did not, and which source did it. Worth doing about 30 and 60 days after the fixes ship, because that is how long the sources take to be re-crawled.
One product. $750.
The audit is the thing I sell. Agencies will quote you three thousand a month for twelve months and call it a strategy. This is one number for one piece of work, and it is the same audit whether you found me here or on the home page.
$750one-time, delivered in 48 hours
- 30 buying-intent prompts written for your services and your part of the valley
- Every prompt run across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity
- How often you are named, by platform, service, and neighborhood
- The competitors that show up instead, and the exact sources they were cited from
- A prioritized fix list, ordered by what moves your citation rate most
- The raw prompts and full answers, so you can rerun any of it yourself
What about the fixes?
They are quoted after the audit, one at a time. The audit tells us which sources decide your city, and until it is done neither of us knows whether you need a directory cleanup, a profile rebuild, schema, new pages, or nothing at all. Quoting a package before that would be guessing at your number.
So there is no tier, no retainer, and no monthly. When the fix list is in front of you, you pick what you want done and I price those items. You are free to hand the same list to your own web person instead, and some practices do.
Before you book.
Is this just SEO?
No, though it overlaps. Traditional SEO works on getting your site to rank on a results page. This works on the handful of pages an assistant reads before it writes an answer, and most of those are not your site. I still do the schema and the on-page work, because it helps, but the audit and the source placement are the parts that change what the model says about your city.
How long before I show up?
Directory and profile changes usually surface in two to six weeks. Roundups and editorial mentions take longer, because someone else has to publish them. The day 30 rerun is where you normally see the first movement, and day 60 is the fairer read.
What if it does not work?
You keep the audit. It's yours to act on, hand to your own web person, or ignore. There's no contract and no retainer, and the fixes are quoted one at a time rather than sold as a package, so you can stop after the audit having paid $750 and nothing more.
Do you need access to my website?
Yes, for the schema and the answer pages. Editor level access to your CMS is enough, and I never touch billing or domain settings. If your site is locked behind an agency I can hand them the code to paste instead, though that path is slower.
Do you work outside med spas?
Yes. The method is the same for any local category where an assistant names a few businesses and cites its sources. Med spas are the focus right now because the source list in this valley is short, and I already know what is on it.
